A Zombit Hunt in AR
Problem
To launch its game with a bang, Mobile game State of Survival bought a ton of OOHs and displays in Korea, but then the country went into lockdown.
Solution
Instagram didn't go into lockdown. Instead, its usage shot up.
So to mobilize Korean gamers, we built a zombie-hunting AR filter that allows them to find and slaughter zombies wherever they are. We also put up prizes to make them compete with each other.
Results
105,000 people used the AR filter
+4.4% install
+4.7% retention rate
